Chris Schmidt, the owner of Classic Homes of Madison, LLC, has lived in the Oregon area (10 minutes south of Madison) all his life, and currently lives in The Legend at Bergamont neighborhood, where he has been a preferred builder for the last 17 years. Chris understands the challenges of  our current housing market and works to provide a luxury product within all budgets.
